Long-term debt consists of a small bank facility in one of the Group’s subsidiaries which is historically contigent and an option related to the buyout responsibility concerning Infratek Säkerhet Sverige AB and Eiendomssikring AS. See also note 25. The options are assessed based on fair value per 31 December 2012 and the change in value is recognised in the result as a change in financial items. See also note 22, net financial items.
