Bjørn Frogner (Born 1962) (1) |

Bjørn Frogner has been Group CEO of Infratek since 2007. He joined the company from the position of VP for the Technical Services business area at Hafslund, the company from which Infratek was originally spun off. Bjørn had worked for Hafslund since 2001, holding a variety of positions including HR Manager, VP for Business Development, and VP for Contracts and Safety. He was Head of Administration and Finance at Schibsted Trykk AS until 2001, and has experience from the position of CFO at Veidekke ASA and from the auditing company KPMG. Frogner is a board member of the company Analytics AS. He is a qualified market economist, with a degree from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo. Bjørn Frogner is a Norwegian citizen, and he and his immediate relatives own 206 000 shares in Infratek ASA. |

Vibecke Skjolde (Born 1962) (2) |
Vibecke Skjolde has been CFO at Infratek since June 2010. She joined the company from the position of head of a major efficiency programme for the Fjord1 transport group. Prior to that, Vibecke was Head of Advisory at Mirror Accounting – a company in the Lindorff Group. She has previously held the position of Head of Finances at Hurtigruten ASA and Hafslund ASA, and of finance manager at the energy companies Tindra AS, Din Energi AS and Vestfold Kraft AS. Vibecke Skjolde has a BCom degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, where she also completed an advanced course in auditing. Vibecke Skjolde is a Norwegian citizen, and she and her immediate relatives own 13 500 shares in Infratek ASA. |

Lars Bangen (Born 1960) |
Lars Bangen was VP Infrastructure at Infratek from 2007 through 2009, and VP Infrastructure West from 2009 until 2010. Today, he holds the position of VP for Local Infrastructure. From 2004, Lars Bangen was Managing Director of Hafslund Entreprenør AS, and before that he was Divisional Manager for procurements at Hafslund Nett AS. In the period 2000–2002, he was Divisional Manager at Viken Energinett AS with responsibility for the distribution grids in Oslo, Asker and Bærum, and from 1998 he was manager of the distribution grid in Oslo. Lars Bangen started work at Oslo Lysverker in 1986. He holds a BCom degree (electrical power) from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH). Lars Bangen is a Norwegian citizen, and he and his immediate relatives own 102 000 shares in Infratek ASA. |

Alf Engqvist (Born 1965) (4) |
Alf Engqvist has been VP for Central Infrastructure at Infratek since August 2010. He joined the company from the position of Head of Asset Management at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB. He has previously held the position of General Manager at Vattenfall Service Syd AB, had responsibility for Vattenfall’s industrial clients, and worked as Deputy General Manager at Vattenfall Consultants AB. Alf Engqvist graduated as a maritime engineer from Sjöbefälsskolan (Naval College) in Gothenburg, and has also completed studies in finance and management. Lars Erik Finne (Born 1975) |
Lars Erik Finne was VP for Technology at Infratek from 2007 until 2009, and has held the position of VP Security since 2009. Lars Erik joined the company from his position of Director of Strategy and Business Development at Hafslund Technical Services, a position he had held since 2006. He has previously been employed as a senior consultant M&A and business developer at Hafslund ASA, and as installation manager and business developer at Hafslund Sikkerhet Privat AS. Lars Erik Finne joined Hafslund in 2003 from the position of consultant at Markup Consulting. From 1999 until 2001, he was market manager at Kagge Forlag. He has an MSc in Marketing from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). Lars Erik Finne is a Norwegian citizen, and he and his immediate relatives own 61 500 shares in Infratek ASA. |

Amund Kristiansen (Born 1974) |
Amund Kristiansen has been VP People & Safety at Infratek since January 2013. He comes from the position as HR Manager at SAP Norway and responsible for Talent & Performance Management at SAP in the Nordic region, a position he has held since 2006. From 2001 to 2006 he worked as HR Manager HP Services at Hewlett-Packard Norway. Kristiansen started his career as HR consultant at Telenor AS after compleeting his studies. Amund Kristiansen holds a master's degree in economics from BI Norwegian Business School with a concentration in Organizational Psychology. Amund Kristiansen is a Norwegian citizen. |
